Mercedes Viana Schlapp is a communications consultant and strategist for non-profit, business and political organizations including the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute and the Republican National Committee. Mercy advises these organizations on communications, coalitions and business strategies. Ms. Viana Schlapp currently hosts an interactive web show in English and Spanish for the Republican National Committee. For three years, Ms. Viana Schlapp served as the Director of Specialty Media and Hispanic spokesperson at the White House for President George W. Bush.
