What is Podcasting?
A podcast enables you to easily download audio or video files to your computer or a portable video player, such as a video iPod.  We have made 22nd Century available via Podcast, so that you can easily subscribe to it, download it, and watch it whenever you would like.

All you'll need is a computer, an Internet connection (preferably broadband), and some free podcasting software. That's it! If you'd like watch 22nd Century on-the-go, you'll also need a portable video player.

The links below let you download free podcasting software for your computer. Once  software is installed, just follow its instructions for subscribing to a feed (typically it's as easy as pasting the URL for our podcast into a subscribe box).
