• How do I order a video of a particular PBS show?

  A complete listing of videos currently offered through PBS is available at Shop PBS. You can order programs from this site or by calling Shop PBS at 800/531-4PBS.
  
  For information on videos for continuing series such as NATURE, MASTERPIECE or FRONTLINE, please visit the specific program's web site for availability and ordering information. You can access program web sites at:

  Please note that PBS usually holds rights to its programming for three years following the original broadcast date. After this time, PBS is no longer able to distribute these expired programs to our member stations or sell them to our viewers.
  
  You might be interested to know that several libraries throughout the country may have copies of programs within their holdings. You may wish to contact your local library to see if they might be able to borrow the program you are interested in through an inter-library loan.   Unfortunately, many of our performance programs are cleared for broadcast only.  Agreements with artists, guilds and unions prohibit us from making them available in any other form.  We apologize for the disappointment.  If you would like to contact the producers of a program directly with your request, you can find contact information at:

• How do I request a copy of the Shop PBS catalog?

  You can request a copy of the PBS Catalog by calling 800/531-4PBS or by visiting the Shop PBS web site and filling out the Catalog Request form by clicking the gray link directly above the search field labeled "Request a Catalog."

• I live outside of the United States. How do I order a PBS product?

  Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions on the products and programs offered by Shop PBS, we are not permitted to ship merchandise to addresses outside of the United States and Canada. In addition, we cannot accept payment with an international credit card, or from credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.
  
  We do not have information on retailers outside of the United States. You may be interested to know that a number of our programs are available for viewing online.
