North Tower façade leans on WTC 6

Leaning Facade

RICH GARLOCK: North Tower's facade was broken and leaning on WTC 6. This not only prevented the contractors from excavating the footprint of the North Tower, they couldn't start demolishing WTC 6 with the load on the structure. We went below to assess the situation.
