Grappler falls into a crater

The Ground Gave Way

RICH GARLOCK: Seconds before this picture, these two grapplers were sitting right next to each other. Then one guy crept a little too far into an unknown area and lost his machine. Luckily, no one was seriously injured. This type of accident was what the engineering and safety teams often managed to prevent.
