Bud Selig talks the history between the Players Association and Major League Baseball.
"It was very painful. It was a really painful ordeal not only amongst the clubs but with the Players Association. You had a history of seven work stoppages. Owners fighting with owners; owners fighting with commissioners, I may add; owners fighting with the Union; the scarred history between the Players Association and Major League Base was sad. You had one work stoppage after another."
