By JGong THE BASIC STUFF

bullet On feeling truly American:

I went to Club Med last summer, 2001, and I was only one of two Asian men out of 500. I sang Karoake on the second day and everyone remembered me. I sang "Rhinestone Cowboy" in front of everyone. For the rest of the week, all the people I met were great and treated me as if I was the majority! I felt totally American!
