Ask About Alaska
How does the blueberry bush in your back yard compare with one in the Arctic? What does a reindeer eat? What are other classes doing to bring the Arctic to life in their own rooms?

If you have specific questions about life in the Arctic, or if your class is working on a project you'd like to share with classes throughout the country, take advantage of the opportunity to ask your questions as part of the live Electronic Field Trips to Bering Land Bridge National Preserve.

Registered classes may submit questions or share class projects with park scientists and village residents via audio or video tape. A number of the tapes will be included in the live broadcasts on March 10 and 11. You might see yourself or your class on television!

Please note that only registered classes may participate in the broadcast. If you haven't already, find out how to register.

Tapes should be sent to:

Wyndeth Davis, Field Trip Coordinator
US National Park Service
2525 Gambell St.
Anchorage, AK 99503-2892

To be included in the field trip, tapes must arrive no later than March 1, 1998.
