Registration and Payment

For your convenience, we offer several convenient ways to sign up and pay for the electronic field trips.

• By Visa or MasterCard using our secure Netscape server:
  1. Complete the online order form, including your credit card information.
  2. Click "submit" and your order will be on its way.

• By Visa or MasterCard using fax:
  1. Print out the fax order form.
  2. Complete the fax order form, including your credit card information.
  3. Fax the completed order form to 215-579-8589.

• By purchase order:
  1. Print out the fax order form.
  2. Complete the fax order form, including your p.o. number.
  3. Fax the completed order form with the purchase order to 215-579-8589.

• By business or personal check:
  1. Print out the fax order form.
  2. Complete the fax order form.
  3. Send the completed order form along with a check made payable to PBS Teacher Resource Service to:

Returns
