On this week's Body & Soul, we challenge our own assumptions about aging. First we meet with Dr. Serafina Corsello, author of The Ageless Woman, and a practicing MD for nearly forty years.

At the Corsello Center, series creator and host Gail Harris learns some secrets to slowing down the aging process, which incorporate both familiar and unconventional treatments.

If you think you're doomed to stronger and stronger prescription eyeglasses, you may think again, when Rosemary Gordon introduces us to the Bates Method of Vision Improvement. By using this one hundred-year-old process based on relaxation and special exercises, Rosemary helps people to lower their prescriptions, and sometimes even throw away their eyeglasses for good.
