Why is it so hard to think clearly when you're angry? What steps should you take when you feel overwhelmed by this complicated emotion? How can you move past old grudges?

On this week's episode of Body & Soul, series creator Gail Harris meets a husband and wife team who make anger their business. Co-authors of Anger Kills, Drs. Redford and Virginia Williams show us how chronic anger can affect not only our relationships but also our health, and what we can do about it.

Next, she talks with Robin Casarjian, a pioneer in the field of forgiveness, who explains why choosing to forgive may benefit the forgiver most of all.

Finally, we'll watch Robin Casarjian in action as she works with prison inmates to turn a 'House of Correction' into a 'House of Healing.'
