of it, where you walked so slowly that an ant had time to get out of
your way. Or how would a raisin taste if you truly took the time, say,
30 minutes, to really experience the aroma, the texture, and the taste
of single raisin before swallowing it?
No doubt these are rhetorical questions for most of us, but spend a
week in upstate New York at the Omega Institute as Body
& Soul did, and you'll find that there is method in the
madness of these exercises. They are part of Omega's Wellness Week program
where participants, among other things, learn to recognize the difference
between the quality of their time and the quantity of it.
