Jeffrey Brown is an award-winning senior correspondent and chief arts correspondent for the PBS NewsHour, public television's national nightly newscast. In his more than quarter century with the program, he has served as co-anchor, studio moderator and field reporter on a wide range of national and international issues, with work taking him around the country and to many parts of the globe. Brown has profiled many of the world's leading writers, musicians, actors and other artists. He serves as host of "Art Beat," the NewsHour's arts and culture blog, and of the new book club, "Now Read This," a partnership with The New York Times. A poet, Brown is author of the collection, "The News."
Rich Fahle is the Executive Producer of PBS Books. He has worked with books and authors for more than 20 years, including as a former Vice President Content and Entertainment for Borders, where he produced book, movie and music media for online distribution. Prior to Borders, Fahle headed the Communications department at the public affairs TV network, C-SPAN, where he also served as Chief Spokesperson and helped launch Book TV.
Ashley C. Ford has written or guest-edited for The Guardian, ELLE, BuzzFeed, Slate, Teen Vogue, New York Magazine, Lenny Letter and other publications. She has been named among Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 in Media (2017), Brooklyn Magazine's Brooklyn 100 (2016) and Time Out New York's New Yorkers of The Year (2017). She is currently writing her memoir, Somebody's Daughter, which will be published by Flatiron Books under the imprint, An Oprah Book.
