|A Well-Dressed Oyster
Bay Bottom Beds Mignonette Sauce
1 shallot, peeled and minced
1 cup red raspberry sauce (Kozlowski Farms)
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve oysters. Spoon a bit of Mignonette Sauce over oysters on the half-shell.
