Site Interaction...
The concept of the internet and how we approach information has changed so much in just a short amount of time. The web 2.0 factor is becoming a needed addition to create "stickyness". This very message box is pushing the internet in a new direction. Interaction is the key to survive and bring a consistent user base. It used to be just reading articles, looking at pictures. Now everyone wants to read what OTHER people think of the pictures and articles. PBS is doing an excellent job keeping pace. The interface is very intuitive which is also a key factor to success today.
