Do you have any advice on a stuck alternator plug besides cutting it off and replacing it? I went to change the alternator on my 1989 Mazda 626 and the push-in tab to release the wiring harness plug crumbled. The stupid thing has a divider in the middle, and I've had no luck getting the two little tabs to release.
