Hi Susie, How much of the "shortage" of gasoline is directly related to the fact that there is a limited number of refineries in the US? Is the limit self imposed - I.E., are the gas companies deliberately making sure that gasoline is in limited supply so they can continually jack up the prices for greater profits? Thanks...
