Flag Content?

I asked a similar Q of Aaron Brown last week - it was whether his contract with PBS had the same kind of 'exclusivity' that he surely regretted from the CNN contract - and cited Gwen Ifil as another example of super PBS talent [erroneously thinking that she had been 'loaned' to other channels on occasion] in hopes he might consider the Tim Russert spot if he had any leeway at all. Gwen Ifil is EXACTLY the kind of journalist I would also LOVE to see in such a spot... but - Don't get your hopes up that the moderator will choose any question that might suggest things beneficial to the public from these great journalists yet which might arise at the expense of PBS contractual prerogatives.... After all - Choosing your Q might make it visible to other PBS viewers Your Q will instead disappear into the ether, as did mine to Mr. Brown...
