Flag Content?

I am a female, working in higher education (Computer Science) and am interested in working with middle and high school girls on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) careers. Minorities are particularly underrepresented in this area and I think this is a real loss. There is money available to support this effort, but not much expertise. I would appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have for attracting and working successfully with these groups. Thanks, Lauran
