Last Friday, you asked for feedback on the News Hours' convention coverage. In brief it was HORRIBLE. I did not watch every minute of the news hour programs -- I am not talking about the conventions themselves -- but what I saw left me feeling sad for the program and the country. On the democratic convention, you played up the Clinton-Obama tension with interviews with delegates, but you also had commentators on from the republicans. On the republican convention, it was all go-go republican with no comments on critical of the comments only positive comments from the delegates -- what did you expect. There was no commentary from the democrats. It was so uninformative and quite frankly unpaid-political advertisement that I turned of the program at least two of the nights -- no content!
