Rosh Hashanah is a time to reflect upon the previous year, spend time with family, and (of course) eat! Preparing the meal for the Jewish New Year is no small undertaking, and Joan Nathan is ready to answer your questions!
Joan is the author of numerous successful cookbooks, such as “Jewish Cooking in America” and her most recent “Quiches, Kugels and Couscous: My Search for Jewish Cooking in France.” The former served as the inspiration for Joan’s PBS cooking show, “Jewish Cooking in America with Joan Nathan,” which was nominated for a James Beard Award in 2000.
Post your questions for Joan in the comments section by Wednesday, Sept. 28, and Joan will answer the best five questions in time for the holiday weekend. Feel free to respond to each others’ questions as well!
NOTE: The window to submit questions has closed. Read Joan’s responses.
