I started making ketchup to avoid all the sugar in the commercial ketchups. The recipe I use is good, but this one might be better. I wonder how it would be if I just left out the brown sugar. Most ketchup tastes way too sweet to me.

You are interested to made full off protein, then make muffins with millets flours will fullfill the nutrition.

HI Anna, I'm with you on hating to waste stuff. Whey is loaded with protein and so you can just drink it (it kind of reminds me of coconut water). You can also add it to smoothies and such. I've also noticed that after handling whey the skin on my hands gets really smooth, so perhaps there's some skincare/haircare applications.

My husband and I are planning my 40th birthday around a trip to chef and the farmer. We are about 10 hours away in Ohio, but I've been hooked on your show from the beginning. I think y'all are awesome! Cant wait till next month.

How can I use the whey in cooking or baking. I hate to waste anything. Any recipe suggestions for repurposing the whey when making ricotta cheese would be well apriciatted. Thanks Anna
