Season 5, Episode 7: Sweet Dough

Last week, after an accident with a food processor lead to unprecedented decision, there are still seven bakers left in the tent – But tonight, two must go.

Facing three sweet dough challenges, the bakers start their campaign by creating their Signature regional buns. Paul then opens his recipe vault for the Technical Challenge surprise recipe of Jam Doughnuts, and in a final bid to hang on to their place in the tent, the bakers produce a Showstopping enriched dough loaf fit for a celebration.

But who will make it through to the quarterfinals, and which two bakers will be saying goodbye for good?
