No. The whole recipe is different! This has chocolate in it and is altogether different then what Paul Hollywood's recipe is!
Perhaps extra 100 g. is for kneading/rolling dough out.
Re: Season 5 Masterclass: Christmas
Do we have access to Paul's Mince Pies recipe?
Re: Bill Smith’s Persimmon Pudding
I just watched the show and they used 2 cups persimmons per recipe! This recipe says 3 cups persimmon. That maybe the problem. In the show they messed up the recipe and put 4 cups persimmon in and had to double the whole recipe because they had doubled the persimmon quantity, so that means 2 cups.
Re: Delicious Grilled Mac and Cheese
Marc, Thanks for the post. Delicious Grilled Mac and Cheese just looks delicious.
Re: Citrus Sweet Potato Puree with Pork Cracklins
You didn't share the Sauce recipe, nor list the spices for the pork.

Re: Martha Bakes Episode Descriptions
Can you tell me the name of this recipe? It is a round layered bread with a small inverted glass bowl in the center, and sections around the circle are being twisted. The finished bread is beautiful! And I can't find a video or a recipe. Please help...
This recipe calls for "400 grams white strong Bread flour" , but watching the show Paul calls for 500 grams of strong bread Flour. A difference of 100 grams which is significant. Which is it???
Re: Dobos Torte
I watched this episode recently and had to look up the recipe, i'm tempted to try this cause it looked absolutely delicious; sadly I have zero experience baking, no mixer and worried how badly it would turn out lol
Re: West African Gumbo
Does anyone know who is the chef for this recipe?
