This came out perfectly and was awesome. I had no idea that salting and pressing for 15 minutes could get results this good. Thanks!

Re: Great British Baking Show: Season 2 Episodes
Watching this now. Season 1, episode 4, who took Iain's ice cream out of the freezer and left it? The next episode, Mary was sick. The boyfriend and I think it was her. We're curious about what happened there.

Re: Episode 2 Recap: Bread
When writing your recap please don't use "gonna" as in "They are gonna have to..." it sounds so ignorant.

this is very helpful. Thank you
Re: Maple Walnut Stuffed Baked Apples
These look great. I also love to bake pears but never thought to stuff them w/nuts.Also maybe I'll try baking & stuffing pears w/apple & vice versa. I also rub the outside w/olive oil or canola oil to keep the skin from drying & browns them nicely. Thanks!
