lamb, onion, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, cumin, oregano, cayenne, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a bowl. Coat your hands with a bit of olive oil, and roll the meat into 2 tablespoon size balls (will make 10-12 meatballs), placing them on the prepared baking sheet. Very delicious reciepe

My daughter and I saw the episode of the show that featured these treats last week. Today we made these cookies following the recipe exactly with the exception of the "jam sugar." We used regular cane sugar. Otherwise they came out GREAT! They're so rich and not at all overly sweet. We didn't use a piping bag but a ziplock. They still cam
Re: Gingerbread House
I have made this recipe twice and find that it works beautifully, making a strong but edible -even tasty - gingerbread. It’s also quite buttery and therefore easy to move to a baking sheet, since it doesn’t stick to the work surface. However, my dough crumbles and some of the pieces crack where the dough didn’t bind. Any ideas? Should I use a bit less flour?
