Consider using Kala Namak salt (gives an "eggy" taste) instead of / in addition to regular salt!

Made these with dinkel wheatpuffs and some assorted nuts (walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, etc) instead of rice puffs and pecans. I agree! I just used a scale for the first time last week and got the best results I've ever gotten baking a cake. And it was so much easier than measuring with cups! I don't know why I resisted using a scale for so long, but from now on I'll be using it for everything I can!

The only difference between Hartley's and Jello is that Hartley's has some water already added. The ratio of sugar to gelatin is the same. When I made the recipe, I used 100 g of orange Jello powder and added an extra 35 ml of water to the recipe. That worked for me. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...
