Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with “Lucky” Recipes

St. Patrick’s Day in the food world means regular food becomes green food, but there are also several Irish mainstays that grace the holiday menu every year. We scoured various food blogs for some stand out St. Patty’s Day ideas for both the usual suspects of Irish dishes as well as those of the green variety.

Arguably the most quintessential dish of St. Patrick’s Day, corned beef and cabbage will be gracing many dinners tables; however, Katie Goodman of goodLife {eats} shares her family’s spin on the meal with a marmalade glaze.
