I couldn't agree more. I've been binge watching the first three seasons in Netflix and also watching food network star... No comparison. I have grown to loathe Bobby and Giada. Paul and Mary are so much easier to watch.
Watch program but needs some up-dating for American audience. Get rid of Mary. Put Paul in first place. He has a wamer personality. Mary and paul do not relate well to each other.The two other members of the cast are irritating and bother the bakers at the wrong time. Do the introductions and then leave the bakers alone.The set is laid out wrong. Especially

Hi Deanna, I've never A/B tested water+milk vs just milk so I can't say for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say that using just milk should make the crepes more moist and tender as it increases the fat content.
