Almond Butter & Blackberry Jam Sandwich


Fizzy’s Tip: Peanut or sunflower butter can be used in place of the almond butter.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup blackberry


  1. Place 4 slices of the bread on a clean work surface and spread each with 2 tablespoons of the almond butter. Then, smear each with 1 tablespoon of the jam. Top each with the remaining slices of bread. Cut in half and serve.
