1 (7 ounce) bag pita breads each piece cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)
With the oven rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Lightly brush both sides of the pita wedges with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt (and sesame seeds, if using). Place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Set aside to cool. Serve with guacamole.
