Banana Bread Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • additional ice if desired

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with a cookie on the side!
