- 4 lbs. lean ground meat
- 2 cans french onion soup
- 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- Mix French onion soup and cream of mushroom soup in a large roaster. Set aside.
- Mix remainder of ingredients together and form into large hamburgers.
- Pan fry until golden brown on the outside.
- Place in soup mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
