Berry-Banana Frozen Yogurt

Fizzy’s Tip: Try 2 cups of frozen strawberries, blueberries, or a combination in place of the raspberries.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 over-ripe bananas peeled, sliced thin, and frozen
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. Place the frozen bananas and berries in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add the yogurt and process until completely incorporated. Serve immediately.
