- Buy a premium cut strip steak, about one pound of weight.
- Slice the middle, making a hole to stuff with sauteed fresh garlic spinach and with argentine white cheese.
- Put the stuffed steak on the grill to grill a little on both sides.
- Move it to an oven in a pan with white wine, sliced garlic and a little water.
- Cook at 400° F for about 20 minutes.
