- 1 head cauliflower steamed
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup romano cheese grated
- 1 egg
- 3 TB milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Crush and chop the garlic.
- Mix the other ingredients into a batter. Add the cauliflower and garlic.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Drop by large spoonful into heated oil.
- When they are golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towels.
