Cauliflower Fritters

  • 1 head cauliflower steamed
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 3 TB milk
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Crush and chop the garlic.
  2. Mix the other ingredients into a batter. Add the cauliflower and garlic.
  3. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
  4. Drop by large spoonful into heated oil.
  5. When they are golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towels.
