Ingredients
- ¼ cup half-and-half
- 2Tbs chocolate syrup
- 2/3 cup seltzer water (chilled)
Directions
- In a tall glass, stir together ¼ cup half-and-half and 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
- Stirring vigorously, add 2/3 cup chilled seltzer water; serve immediately.
