  • 2Tbs chocolate syrup
  • 2/3 cup seltzer water (chilled)

Directions

  1. In a tall glass, stir together ¼ cup half-and-half and 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
  2. Stirring vigorously, add 2/3 cup chilled seltzer water; serve immediately.
