Country Carrot Slaw

Country Carrot Slaw recipe

The South is known for having great food. Here’s a healthy take on our beloved coleslaw -- chock full of yummy fruits and veggies!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of broccoli slaw or cabbage slaw
  • ½ cup of shredded carrots
  • ½ apple, sliced very thin
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon squeeze

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and toss until everything is coated evenly. Place in the refrigerator to chill, then enjoy!
