- 1 cup sweet apple cider (or apple juice)
- 2 cups whole cranberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (add an extra Tbsp if you prefer sweeter)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and uniform. Taste and add more cinnamon or maple syrup if you wish. Serve right away.
