Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks butter or oleo
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups sifted cake flour

Directions

  1. Cream oleo, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sifted flour.
  2. Spoon into 10" tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tester comes out clean.
