Creamy Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup instant milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum or brandy extract
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 12 ice cubes divided

Directions

  1. Place 6 ice cubes and remaining ingredients, except nutmeg, into blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. With motor running, remove feeder cap and add remaining 6 ice cubes, one at a time.
  4. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top when serving.
