- 1 dozen chocolate chip (or other variety) cookies
- 1 pint ice cream
- 1/3 cup candy sprinkles
- Scoop approximately 1/3 cup of ice cream on top of the flat side of six cookies. Place another cookie over the ice cream and gently press the cookie down to make a sandwich.
- Roll the outside edge of each ice cream sandwich in the candy sprinkles until evenly coated.
- Place the ice cream sandwiches back into the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
