- 12 slices bread
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons onions chopped
- Remove bread crusts and cut bread into triangles.
- Place on bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
- Spread cheese and mushrooms over bread.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
