Onigiri Rice Balls from Japan

- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 sheets nori seaweed (Look for this ingredient in an international or Asian grocery store)
- Sesame seeds
- Cooked salmon (optional)
- Divide the rice into 4 parts and using your hands form each part into a ball or triangular-ball shape.
- If you decide to fill with fish: use your thumb create an indent at the top of the ball. Fill the indent with cooked salmon and then use your fingers to press closed the hole.
- Wrap each ball of rice with a strip of nori and then sprinkle with sesame seeds! Serve and enjoy!
