- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Stir peanut butter, sugar and egg together in mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Drop small mounds onto cookie sheet.
- Flatten slightly with bottom of glass.
- Bake in preheated 350-degree oven.
