Pittsburgh Potatoes

  • 1 2-lb bag Ore-Ida Hash Browns
  • Southern Style Potatoes
  • 1 8-oz package shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • Crushed potato chips for topping


  1. In large bowl, mix together frozen potatoes, cheese, soup and melted butter.
  2. Spray 9x11 baking dish with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly in pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
  3. Bake uncovered in 350° oven for one hour.
