Ravioli Lasagna

  • 2 cups ricotta
  • 10 ounces spinach chopped and drained
  • 3 cup romano cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • Frozen ravioli


  1. Mix the ricotta, spinach, grated cheese, egg, salt & pepper. Put 2 cups of tomato sauce in the bottom of a deep 8x8 casserole. Layer ravioli and spinach mixture. Top with more sauce and cover with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
