- 2 cups ricotta
- 10 ounces spinach chopped and drained
- 3 cup romano cheese grated
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Frozen ravioli
- Mix the ricotta, spinach, grated cheese, egg, salt & pepper. Put 2 cups of tomato sauce in the bottom of a deep 8x8 casserole. Layer ravioli and spinach mixture. Top with more sauce and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
