Red Cabbage Wraps

  • Chopped ham
  • Red cabbage
  • 1 white onion
  • Fresh basil/parsley
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon/marjoram
  • Dijon mustard
  • Wraps of choice


  1. Cook ham in a water filled pot (approximately 2 inches of water) until done.
  2. Cut ham into thin strips. Set aside.
  3. Shred cabbage, slice or dice onion, cook down in skillet. Add spices to skillet.
  4. Spread horseradish or Dijon on wrap.
  5. Lay ham on wrap, place cabbage mixture over ham and wrap.
