- Chopped ham
- Red cabbage
- 1 white onion
- Fresh basil/parsley
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon tarragon/marjoram
- Dijon mustard
- Wraps of choice
- Cook ham in a water filled pot (approximately 2 inches of water) until done.
- Cut ham into thin strips. Set aside.
- Shred cabbage, slice or dice onion, cook down in skillet. Add spices to skillet.
- Spread horseradish or Dijon on wrap.
- Lay ham on wrap, place cabbage mixture over ham and wrap.
