Sesame Dressing

Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium garlic cloves minced
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar, salt and garlic. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil until well blended.
