Spiced Nectarine Topped Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 nectarine, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 4 servings cooked plain oatmeal
- chopped nuts
Directions
- In a microwavable bowl, mix the orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger together. Add the nectarine and raisins. Cook in the microwave for 2-1/2 minutes. Spoon the nectarines and the sauce over four bowls of oatmeal which has already been prepared. Top each bowl of oatmeal off with a sprinkling of chopped nuts
